This four story masonry building was built in 1914. Bartlett Durham, the original owner, was a local doctor in the mid-1800's. He sold the first four acres of land for a railroad station that would grow to become Durham in 1854.

Located in the center of downtown Durham, the Holland Brothers Building is close to many local attractions, including The Carolina Theatre, Durham Central Park, Historic Post Office, Marriott Civic Center, Farmers’ Market, YMCA and Durham Armory.
