| Built in 1950 by Leon C. Weaver, this two-story steel and concrete building was originally a paper warehouse. Characteristically, the building and its loading dock back up to the railroad spurs. The original roll-up doors have been replaced with glass roll-up panels to provide a panoramic view of Raleigh's Glenwood South area. Empire Properties redeveloped the space in 2003.
