This classic late Victorian house was built in 1910 as one of the first in Raleigh's Glenwood South area. Before being converted into offices in the 1980s, the home was the private residence of more than six different families over the 70-year period. Empire Properties purchased the building in 2000. After a complete renovation in 2001, the house became the company's offices for a year.
