Kevin joined Empire in 2007 bringing more than 25 years of experience in preservation, restoration and repair of antique structures. He has maintained National Register buildings in downtown Portland and owned a business in historically significant areas of metro west Boston. He attended the Universities of Oregon and Alaska.
His favorite projects at Empire so far have been restoring the cornice at 18 E. Hargett Street, the renovation of the Smoking Times space inside The Raleigh Times Building and the restoration at 309 E. Chapel Hill Street in Durham.
