As Property Management Accountant at Empire, Diana is responsible for all accounting functions of Empire’s real estate operations. She oversees invoicing of all property management charges as well as annual TICAM reconciliations. She is also responsible for preparing and sending quarterly financials to lenders and monitoring cash positions.
Diana has a bachelors of science degree in Business Accounting with a concentration in Accounting from Millersville University in Pennsylvania. Before joining Empire in 2018, she worked for 13 years at The Rose Group, a restaurant management company in Philadelphia as a Senior Accountant.
